The book has been developed with the primary aim of preparing students for the CAPE Economics Multiple Choice Examinations (Paper 1) for both Unit 1 and Unit 2. This paper consists of 45 items to be done in 90 minutes.
There are a total of 12 revision papers with solutions for each Unit, covering every topic in the syllabus. The questions are wide ranging and test students' abilities in the three profiles: knowledge and comprehension, interpretation and analysis, and application.
The book also gives some very important guidelines for solving these types of questions. Students can use this book to test their overall competency in each Unit prior to taking the actual examination.
In addition, as students tackle these questions, the review of key terms and the application of theory to various cases would help them recapitalize important concepts needed in the short-answer question paper (Paper 2).
It is highly recommended that students study all modules prior to attempting these questions.
